- Color Hunt - large palette collection
- uiGradients - large gradient collection
- Web Gradients - another large gradient collection
- Adobe Color - for use of the color wheel
- Color Supply - another color wheel
- MyColor.Space - to build palettes around a particular color
- Accessible Color Matrix - for making accessible color palettes
- HTML Color Codes - Color Names - get the name, hex, and rgb code for a color
- Encycolorpedia - a database for color names, web safe colors, and even an API
- Eye Dropper - Chrome extension to use an eye dropper on any webpage
- Transparent Textures - large collection of transparent textures, easy to search, customize, and preview
- bgfons - large collection of non-transparent images, scroll a few rows down to get away from ShutterStock

- MorgueFile - and another one, be wary of ShutterStock ads trying to trick you
- PicJumbo - still watch for ads but this one has a dark mode feature

- Eyecandy - made to be an inspirational/design resource, but also has tons of GIFs
- Font Awesome - large collection, easy to use and add to your project
- Simple Icons - great for finding brands and branding colors
- React Icons - extremely large collection to use with React
- Icons8 - large collection, best when using just HTML
- Nucleo - comes with a web app you can use to customize icons, only 100 free options
- Iconicons - SVG icons, either to download or install in your project
- Feather Icons - SVG icons to download
- The Noun Project - you'll need an account, but lots of free SVG icons
- Material Icons - Google Fonts but icons
- SVG Path Editor - create SVG icons in an online open editor
- Inkscape - create more complex SVG icons in a program
- Affinity - more powerful than Inkscape but not free
- Snap.svg - JavaScript SVG library
