  • Epoch length issue fixed by adjusting input parameters of the following functions:
    • data2sctrgcmim
    • data2spwctrgc
    • tsdata_to_cpsdwpli
    • roi_activity
    • roi_connect
  • Added a warning when an atlas other than the Desikan-Killiany atlas is used (Plotting for LORETA-Talairach-BAs to be added)
  • Added back the option to group hemispheres in the FC matrix plot
  • pipeline_connectivity.m runs and works. More test scripts to come.

UPDATE 31.01.2023

  • Added test files and grouped them inside the test_pipes folder
  • Added test pipeline pipeline_connectivity.m to test_pipes folder
  • Fixed plotting, matrix plots now available with Loreta atlas (LORETA-Talairach-BAs and Brain-Regions)
