Welcome to the Sickle Cell Disease Ontology (SCDO) wiki

Note: This ontology is incomplete and still under development

The SCDO provides an ontology to describe and annotate all aspects of Sickle Cell Disease. The SCDO provides classes (terms) that describe the individual components of the disease, such as hemoglobinopathies, phenotypes and associated diseases. This wiki is mainly intended for the SCDO team and all those who would like to contribute to the SCDO by editing the ontology, or suggesting new terms or changes, and reporting issues.
