For Windows users, install PyRosetta FIRST! Then use the InteractiveROSETTA_2.3.0_Windows_Setup.exe installer to install InteractiveROSETTA. Installation tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jk7MKJK2AQ4
For macOS users, download "InteractiveRosetta_2.3.0_macOS.dmg" to your Mac. Double-click on this file to open it. In the Finder window, drag the InteractiveROSETTA package to the Applications folder. The first time you run InteractiveROSETTA you will be prompted to install both wxPython and XQuartz. Follow the traditional installer process to do so. You will also have to install PyRosetta. Simply acquire the namespace Mac version of PyRosetta. InteractiveROSETTA will ask you if you installed PyRosetta. Say no. It will then ask you if you downloaded it. Say yes and navigate to the .tar.bz2 package and select it. InteractiveROSETTA will then unpack PyRosetta for you into your home directory. For Linux users, install PyRosetta FIRST. Then download "InteractiveROSETTA_2.3.0_Linux.tar.gz", untar it, and execute "bash linux_install.sh" at the terminal. To run InteractiveROSETTA, simply execute "python InteractiveROSETTA.py" in a terminal (it tries to install to /usr/local/InteractiveROSETTA). Please note that you need root access to be able to install the relevant Python packages. Currently only Debian and RedHat distributions are supported by PyRosetta.
