R code for reproducing the publication about the epithelial-mesenchymal plasticity within a single lymph metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
The code is structured in R Markdown files for an easy visualization. Numbered from 1 to 18, by subsequently executing the scripts and saving the output. Further, the sessionInfo withR and package version are also attached in a separate folder.
