- DOC: Include coding style guideline file in documentation index
- STYLE: Change the title to the coding style guideline
Include coding style guideline file in the documentation index file: move the file's parent folder to the `source` folder so that it dwells at the same level as the `index.rst` file, and hence it can be effectively included in the toc tree.
Change the title to the coding style guideline: - Avoid repeating the package name. - Use sentence case.
