BitClout updated main.js and styles.css

Setting another release before updating the project with latest code from BitClout.

First release to baseline BitCloud code prior to tracking changes.

Repository and product structure, contributors invited, docs started, code formatted and versioned. BitClout released new versions of main.js and styles.css last night so this release is to set a baseline for versioning prior to incorporating those updates from origin.
