Adds the Zendesk tag to index.html page.

How to test

  1. Run make multiversion.
  2. Open the _build/dirhtml/index.html file.
  3. Check for the presence of the Zendesk tag associated with this project.

@amnonh Please merge.
This PR adds a tag to the Monitoring docs to make them searchable via Zendesk. There are no content changes.
We make this update per project.
