Proposed changes

  • We're deprecating the usage of the term CustomerAI.
  • This PR removes references to CustomerAI, and updates it appropriately depending on the context.
  • Keeping in a draft status until I get info on how to refer to it in the Unified Profiles docs.

Merge timing

  • ASAP once approved.
