Proposed changes

The pages that instructed customers on how to set up a direct integration between the Salesforce and HubSpot sources and the Segment Profiles destination auto-populated incorrect information and confused customers. This PR moves the location of that documentation under the Segment Profiles destination folder, which should streamline things a bit.

I also got rid of some test source folders and made some Vale cleanup edits to the Segment Profiles destination page.

Merge timing

asap!
