Proposed changes

This PR includes the documentation for RoadwayAI action destinations.

Merge timing

Should be merged ASAP.

Hi @forstisabella the Destination ID is 68516bd8ca73bd53f38a0104

This Destination is in private beta, soon to be public beta. Can we push the docs live when you are happy with them, please?
