This PR adds a tutorial on how to use the upcoming Confidential Transfers module.
Describe the changes to the documentation
This PR adds a tutorial on how to use the upcoming Confidential Transfers module. The Confidential Transfers module is an upcoming module native to SEI that allows users to transfer tokens to each other confidentially.
The tutorial is targeted at a regular user who does not need to understand the tech behind confidential transfers.
Notes
This PR should not be merged until the feature is in atlantic-2
Not sure if this was the right place to put the tutorial - will probably move to cosmos and create a separate EVM tutorial that leverages precompiles.
