There have been a fair few changes in this update.
Here is a list of the main changes.

The awarps command has been removed.
Some permissions have been changed for desti warp locations
There is now a changeable cooldown for the join and the last portal enterance
When a portal is rejected it will push the player back to stop spamming the attempts.
Portal and destination commands now have a help menu and list command.
* Removed portal portal as it did nothing.
Added the custom prefix to most if not all messages.
Added reflection so now it works in multiple craftbukkit versions including possible future ones unless large changes are made to the packets involved.
Removed duplicate files and code to have more generalized code with reused methods.
