Weird blue side screen in connect wallet screen

Overview

Currently in Production the connect wallet screen has a blank blue bar covering the left side of the screen.

The issue is also recreate able in Brave and is not browser specific.

Acceptance Criteria

If this is a design decision, no action is necessary, but it does seem out of place and rather confusing/looks broken. Perhaps we needed to remove the animation for load times?

If this is the new screen, maybe we could consider a static background and not the big blue bar on the left?
