Thanks a lot, @hbruch. Just tried to compile the sharedstreets-builder with your changes and successfully generated level 7 tiles. I also tried to generate tiles with level 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7 at one go but it required more resources than my computer can offer. I managed to finish the task by starting a huge instance from the cloud. |

To generate tiles containing e.g. road class Other, this PR adds an optional command line option roadClasses to supply the road classes for which a filtered tileset shall be created.
Additionally, this PR includes some minor cleanups (removing unused imports and deprecation and setting the input option required).
