Can you make this work with labels (e.g., actual term name) as well? |

If you want to input term names/labels, the best practice would be to use the rols OlsSearch function first, then use ontoSummarize. This is just so that the user can make the decisions as to which ontology terms are meant by each name. I updated ontoSummarize to automatically output results including both ontology IDs and labels. It is now formatted as a dataframe. |
