リリース時のタグの付与を再開します
公式Dockerイメージの提供を開始するのにあたって、コミットにタグを付けておいたほうがCIでの自動ビルドで都合が良いからです。
今までは動機がなかったので、最初期を除いて付けていませんでした。
バージョンの規則を変更します
バージョンなどあって無いようなものだったのですが、Dockerイメージのタグがね……と思い、これを機に考え直すことにしました。
今までは、申し訳程度にリリースPull Requestのタイトルに付けていたように
YYYYMMDD.HHMMを用いていました。今後は
YYYY.MM.PATCHの形式を採用します。この形式はCalendar Versioningとも呼ばれているようです。従来形式のバージョンはタグ等に一切用いていなかったため、互換性の破壊は無い認識です。
