feat: rework aws to support only worker groups #26

This PR removes the "workers" that we had previously in our AWS example. Instead, we support _only_ worker groups. It also reworks the control plane variable to more closely match the worker group setup. Signed-off-by: Spencer Smith <[email protected]>
