With that change `TalosUpgrade` Omni tests start to pass. Introduce `Reboot` and `RebootStatus` resources. If `RebootStatus` exist the `apid` controller brings down it's service. `Reboot` resource is configurable and can be used to set the downtime interval. Also support statically defined schematic IDs to simulate extensions installation. Signed-off-by: Artem Chernyshev <[email protected]>
