Fist release for testing

Release notes

The first ever release of the CubeInspector. It may be of some use already but be prepared for bugs.

How to use:

Download attached zip file and unzip it somwhere on your Windows machine. Double clicking on
CubeInspector.exe should start the program.

Alternatively, clone the repository and build it by yourself. There is an associated Conda environment .yml file
to help with setting a virtual Python environment. For Linux and Mac, this is the only way currently.
