- Adds README
- sets up Yarn Workspaces
- Sets up typescript build system
- refactors mjs files into ts files.

@simondevyoutube I am thinking about submitting just the yarn workspace code really quick. That way people can just run a single command to install all dependencies and add to it. The TS rewrite is pretty major, as you can tell from the line count... |
