No small screens popup in embeds

Use Case

As a user embedding the viewer in another webpage, I want to be able to embed a small window without the small screen warning popping up whenever I load the page.

Acceptance Criteria

When a link starts with https://simularium.allencell.org/embed?... the small screen popup is not triggered, regardless of window size.

Details

When embedding, it's up to the user whether to make the window size on their page larger or keep it small.
