Added detailed command line instructions for step 1 for the less tech savvy among us (which includes yours truly).

Sorry for letting this linger for so long! I just really dislike saying "no" when someone puts in effort to make an improvement. The thing is that extracting a .tar.gz is not specific to nostt and instructions are just a quick web search away so I'd rather not repeat it in the readme of every single project. It's also worth something to have a to-the-point readme. |

Thanks for nostt, I really love having access to Teletekst in my terminal, it's a much less distracting way to quickly catch up on the news.
I'm not super tech savvy, so I had to google a bit for step 1. I figured I'd save others the hassle by adding it to the Readme. Feel free to edit or reject, of course, and thanks again!
