Paperspace disabled some older Ubuntu 22.04 MLiaB image defaults we had for certain instances which prevented users from being able to launch images for the higher end GPU instances such as A100 and H100. This updates these images accordingly. Resolves #3498
Tested (run the relevant ones):
bash format.shsky launch --cloud paperspace --gpus {A100-80G,A100-80G:8,H100,H100:8}
