The IDE for projects in this repo is Clion 2016.3 if no other supplementary instruction.
All my code in this repo is open-sourced under GPL v3 license. However, the copyright of all the assignments, reading materials and code given by TAs are reserved by the professor, TAs and NTHU. You should ask them for permission before using.
