-Purges all B- ranks and below (with a couple minor exceptions in Ubers) from Battle Factory. The number of total Pokemon in Battle Factory has been reduced by around 20%.
-Redistributes all weightings for pokemon given the above change.
-Implements tier shifts. Mamoswine in RU and Torterra in PU are excluded due to definitely getting banned soon.
-Stealth Rock is now enforced on 99.7% of non-Ubers teams.
-Mienshao is now correctly banned from NU; Infernape is included in NU despite currently being B- rank as a result of this ban, as it is expected to rise in viability.
