The LRG parser (lrgparser.py) is designed to take Locus Reference Genomic (LRG) files and output a FASTA format file containing the sequence for each exon.
A user guide is provided in this repository as a Word file (UserGuide_lrgparser.docx). This word document also contains some troubleshooting information.
A guide to the testing performed and files for testing the code and the output of the code are located in the folder 'FinalTests'.
