Autoconnections for the new snap plugs are now live in the store so this updates the README to remove the section for manually connecting plugs.
I also made updates to the install section. Initially I didn't want to do this since we hope to eventually merge back into
preview, but I think it's best to avoid confusion/errors as I plan to share this README for testing and feedback.
