Ooh looking forward to getting this in sync with the 3.0 branch. We may still keep it on a separate track for a bit, but it'd be nice to minimize the changes a bit. |

This bumps versions for a few
command-chainscripts to bring in minor changes and bug fixes for the OpenVINO AI plugins.Side note: the upstream OpenVINO plugins now support GIMP 3.0 RC2. I will soon start testing against the
previewbranch.
