How to contribute

There are many ways to contribute!

Volunteering

You can fill out this form to volunteer. No special skills are needed! We need volunteers for all sorts of things such as:

• Introducing speakers
• Running A/V
• Building the network
• Registration

Filling out that form will allow our volunteer coordinator to reach out and get you working with a team. Some teams may require some skills, but rest assured we can use all sorts of people regardless of background, education, or training!

Volunteering to help out at the show not enough? Our Track Leads are always looking for help reviewing talk proposals! Our Committee Chairs are always looking for new members to help them prepare throughout the year! You can reach out to a specific committee chair or to staff at socallinuxexpo.org if one of these strikes your fancy. Check out the list of committees to see what areas are available.
