Has a code of conduct which sets community standards and rules for the repo.

@haneenmahd sorry for the delay.

Upon reflection, I don't think a code of conduct is necessary, as that would require some kind of impartial committee to enforce these rules and manage conflicts.

Let's just be kind to each other.
