BETA INFORMATION: PLEASE REMOVE INTEGRATION FROM HOME ASSISTANT AND CONFIGURE AGAIN

No need to remove from HACS, just remove it from your device list and make a new configuration

• Merges all bills into one calendar entity. People with a lot of bills would have multiple calendars and that didn't make any sense, so now all bills are under one calendar.
• Adds new dates in the past to the config flow (tks for feature request @poudenes)
