Osh Billing System

This is a billing system developed for a water company in Osh city (Kyrgyzstan). It is written in C# using ASP.NET framework and stores date in MS SQL Server.

It allows to completely automate processes for city with 500k+ accounts, such as:

1. Water meter reading
2. Account billing
3. Invoicing
4. Route management for company controllers (meter readers)
5. Building cash collection plans for controllers
6. Cash collection and reconcilition btw controllers, bank accounts, and instant payment methods (epayments)
7. Reporting, and many other things
