Description

Paper stays lit on fire indefinitely providing light. Infinitely reproduceable. Paper does not share fire stacks with entities when thrown. Paper does not burn to ash.

Reproduction
light paper on fire, throw it at an entity that can receive fire stacks (player, pets, hostile creature). Paper now stays on fire.
