NoNonsense Notes v7.1.1

Highlights:

• Translated using Weblate
• added global sync preference, can prevent sync code from running at all
• changed permissions
• shortcut icon is now visibile in "simple launcher"
• block editing note reminders when it's locked
• fix bug showing an empty note when sharing a link
