- Implement changes required to support building a android version of native-deps
- Add two new targets x86_64-linux-android and aarch64-linux-android
- Add support for vaapi in ffmpeg for linux and android
- Add build stages for libpciaccess, libdrm and libva
- Fix renovate for libvpl
