Make it so people can provide their own segmentation maps to the background subtraction as an option. Best option is to make the segmentation map on the distorted FLT (not drizzled) as that would be easiest. ...

Need to decide on the best cosmic ray flagging method. The pipeline has issues with the peak of sources in DASH and will flag them as CRs. (To be applied to the diff files). - look into LA Cosmic?
