Currently https://spdx.github.io/spdx-spec/v3.0.1-draft/ returns 404 File Not Found,
as under a new directory structure there is no
index.mdindocs/directory (it is currently moved tofront/index.md).This PR fixes it by adding the
index.mdback and renamefront/index.mdtofront/copyright.md.See more at #1100 (comment)
