Hi! My name is Gabriel, I'm from Argentina, I write code (almost) since I was born and I've been a professional software engineer for the last 15 years.

I've been working on creating development tools for real-world developers, kinda unhappy with the major frameworks (today I love React, but I'd still write my own framework even if nobody cares about yet another one). In my open source side--that is, on the side of coding for a startup and a couple of clients, I'm working on creating the easiest to use and customize CMS and ERP apps. And I'm happy to open source such creations. Sadly (for me, I wish I did it more often) I haven't been contributing to other projects, but I always feel like doing so.

I'm a serial entrepreneur and an eternal learner; after all this years I still enjoy reading about code and experimenting with code, new languages, new platforms, electronics and so on. I am not a guru, I'm a doer and I embrace the fact that there's something new to learn and something to improve every single day.

Unfortunately, working on open source software is always a side project. I wish I could do more, and that's why I feel sponsorships are important, not just for myself, but for the open source community and, therefore, for everybody with the thousands of (often expensive or exclusive) projects that rely on the community's hard work. I would contribute more both with code and with educational content creation.
