I love to help out on Open Source projects whenever I get the time as well as sharing ideas, projects etc.
I also have a number of smaller Open Source projects that I manage under the "dotJEM github organisation", name is sort of a pun on me back during my studies where I was a very early adopter of .NET compared to my friends.

I prefer to make small and modular projects with a high focus on extensibility as I, this both makes it easier to make the project a small meaningful contribution to the OSS community and makes the individual projects less time consuming for me which means I can deliver something more often.

Being a strong advocate for continues delivery/deployment, all projects I do tend to have that as part of it, so when a change is added it is also immediately available for use.

Funds from any sponsorships (if any) would primarily be going towards equipment or licenses that supports my Open Source contributions.
