find and unpack misplaced glpyhs in TGA

Glyphs that are not spaced correctly in the grid may not show up in game
or be picked up by previous versions of this program. This should find
them and unpack them. (might be buggy, use previous version if so or if
feature bad 🙃)

probably issues with some fonts looking bumpy or each letter rendering
up and down when in-game instead of along the same baseline
