Открываем cmd.exe, пишем ipconfig, далее находим пункт - Адаптер беспроводной локальной сети Беспроводная сеть - и находим под-пункт IPV4 - Копируем его значение и вставляем! Затем мы должны узнать внешний айпи-адрес роутера, это вы можете сделать с помощью сервиса 2ip. Заменяете локальный айпи компьютера в ссылке на внешний айпи-адрес сети и всё! Ваш сайт готов к использованию! В случае добавления новых элементов прописать на восьмой строке после '/index.html', вот эту строчку кода - '/SITE-RESOURSE-NAME.css.js.jquery.html',
