  1. upgraded ixia-c-one to rel 0.1.0-84
  2. updated gosnappi to v0.13.2
  3. removed direct IP assignment to the ixia-c interfaces using emulated routers in OTG configuration
  4. removed the need for -dstMac in go run since ARP is now available in Ixia-c community edition
  5. added clab deploy and clab destroy
  6. fixed incorrect IPs between the lab documentation and the script
