Что этот PR делает
Разрешает администрации устанавливать карты, недоступные для голосования. Не знаю, зачем было это запрещать. Простого способа выполнить это иначе не нахожу.
Почему это хорошо для игры
Возможно попробовать другие карты и покритиковать.

Выставить можно, проверить загрузку на локалке не удалось.
