Added flag to ignore skipping of tests. Possible implementation of #264
Instead of changing the normal 'skip' function, if the --no-skip flag is given, prefix the generated test source with a function initialization that disables the test. Also added a test of disabling skipping.

Closed as the main branch of this project is now in https://github.com/bats-core/bats-core, and it seems this change may not be applicable anymore. |
