In the live version of Bolt the terminal is collapsible; however in the OSS version it disappears and you have to click button bring it back. This PR changes the terminal to be collapsible as that is a better experience for the user. When collapsed the user can click the caret symbol to bring the terminal back up. I also removed the "Toggle terminal" button as it is now longer needed now that the terminal is collapsible.
