Update RELEASED_VERSIONS for StackRox release 4.5.1

@stackrox/collector-team does stackrox 4.5.1 need to be added to this list?
I don't see it in https://github.com/stackrox/collector/blob/master/RELEASED_VERSIONS and I do not know if it is required in case a customer ends up on 4.5.1 instead of a later 4.5.x.

I see that 4.5.2 is in the list. I am looking at this because I am working on upstream release for 4.5.3 and I was checking state before the automated PR will be created to add 4.5.3 to this list.

This should've been merged, yes.

We need to have a conversation with the team about this file though, it used to handle mapping for support-packages but we stopped building those altogether.

@davdhacs I'll solve the conflict and get this one merged, feel free to ping me or the collector on-call on slack once you have the 4.5.3 PR opened.
