Experiment with packing the marshaled state in order to return a shorter --resume string. Add a 1-byte checksum to the string.

This is pretty useless but I wanted to experiment with it. You probably shouldn't use this.

If you decide to try it anyway, you can install it with:

go install github.com/stefansundin/s3sha256sum@packedstate
