Apologies for my ignorance on the nice foldseek data structures but can I reconstruct a fasta / pdb and get some information about an already created foldseek db? (e.g. looking through the _ss file it seems like these are the raw sequences independent of the PDBs)

I have an "orphanDB" where I would like to check how many sequences are contained and foremost which sequences / pdbs I already have in there...
