Merged a number of improvements/fixes from internal Jyske Bank repository.
I fumbled some commits, and fumbled worse when fixing it: I replaced the master branch.
So you should be careful when pulling changes, if you already had the (now removed) commits on the old master branch.
Sorry, I will not make that mistake again.
